Showing up every day

Showing up everyday doesn't mean I have to push publish when in the midst of going through something. I learned that it's best to teach from the scar and not from the wound. So today I'll write personally in my day one journal. By all means I am still showing up. Just not sure I'm ready to hit publish so publicly. The wound isn't healed yet.
