The Joys Of Tea
Yesterday I over heard a conversation that made me think differently about tea while waiting for my accountability partner.

The waitress gave a menu to a nearby couple, the woman ordered first and the man asked for a few additional minuets to over look the menu.
When the waitress came back, she gave the woman the tea she asked for and the man had yet to really look at the menu.
The man wanted a warm drink, and the waitress began to list different types of tea; Chai tea, green tea, mango and passion fruit, herbal or black tea...
It was clear that the man was confused. I don't think he knew there were so many different types of tea.
He asked for tea with honey and lemon, and the waitress went on to describe other teas - then he said black tea with lemon and honey.
This opened my eyes and made me realize if you don't get out of your comfort zone and try something new you won't know what people are talking about.
The woman and man exchanged a few laughs after he finally put in an order for decaf Earl Grey tea. However, I can't help but wonder how he felt on the inside and if in the future he would venture to try something different.
