It feels so good to just...

mmm, not sure what you were thinking but I was going to write, "It feels so good to just create".I promise you I've been adding so much pressure and so many things to my plate. There's been so much noise around me that once I decided to say "F#&% it" and create without any specific outcome - it feels so good. This creating came from a song in my heart and decided to create around that.I also have been wanting to practice florals and flourishes for my lettering. And I've been wanting to combine my fine art, lettering and illustration.I believe that some of the noise comes from reading articles telling you how bad you suck - then believing it. Articles like that don't encourage. They don't motivate - they tear down people that are already hard on themselves.Yesterday and article came in my news feed about ShoBaraka and this verse came to mind, "You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people". I'm hoping I'm not taking it out of context - which happens often when it comes to bible verses.

Ultimately I am happy because I created way better today than I yesterday - and that is the only person I need to compare against.
