Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

I’ve technically been on a wellness and fitness journey since 2010. I signed up for my first one on one fitness and weight lifting class in college. The goal was to maintain weight. I have steadily gained weight since then. Starting in about 2014 its about 10 lbs. per year, from 160lbs. When I share my numbers with people the response is often, wow you don’t look like you’re that heavy. Anyway, as I continue my journey, with new reasons, I’ll be aging green smoothies back into my regimen.

Here is a recipe I came up with using ingredients that were readily available in my home:

while the color isn’t the most appetizing, it’s not at all bad.

2 handful of Spinach
200 ml of coconut water
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup mango
