Good food vs bad food – or is it really? I believe the real issue is mindset. Thinking that food is good or bad is the issue along with proportion servings. It’s all good in moderation.
One of my goals is to drop a few pounds this year. I often hear that it’s 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym.
It takes discipline, it takes preparation. I’m exited to share the change I’m doing with IDEOU about families eating healthier.
